Sulphur is a yellow crystalline non-metallic element primarily recovered as a by-product of oil refining and natural gas processing, particularly during desulfurization processes. It is one of the most important raw materials used by the global fertilizer and chemical industries. A major share of sulphur consumption is dedicated to the production of sulphuric acid, which is subsequently used in manufacturing phosphate fertilizers such as Diammonium Phosphate (DAP), Monoammonium Phosphate (MAP), and Single Superphosphate (SSP).

Beyond fertilizer production, sulphur has extensive industrial applications. It is used in rubber vulcanization, detergents, pulp and paper processing, metal treatment, and various chemical manufacturing processes. Sulphur also serves as an important feedstock for the production of sulphites, sulphides, sulphonated compounds, chemical reagents, and other sulphur-based derivatives used across multiple industries.

Typical product specifications may include elemental sulphur purity of ≥99.5%, low ash content, and controlled moisture levels. Depending on contractual requirements, shipments can be inspected by independent international inspection companies such as SGS or Bureau Veritas for verification of quantity, quality, and conformity with agreed specifications.

The product can be supplied in bulk, jumbo bags, or 50 kg bags depending on destination, shipment volume, and customer requirements.
